The attorneys we serve and mobile notarizations have kept us busy - we are thankful!

We are excited to announce we are now certified to provide Remote Online Notarization (RON) for residents of the State of Tennessee! We utilize a third-party platform that validates the signer's identity, creates a two-way video communication between the notary and signer, and allows electronic signatures and notary stamps to be placed on your documents.

We still offer mobile notary services to those who prefer in-person notarizations, but have added this service as an extra benefit to those who may live beyond the areas in Tennessee we normally travel.

This is also a great convenience to attorneys and title companies, freeing up their time to complete other tasks while their clients complete their estate planning documents, closing documents, or other legal documents from the convenience of their homes.

Appalachian Legal was established after realizing the need for non-lawyer or paralegal assistance to those who "know what they want," but might need help getting it on paper or filing their documents when it comes to estate planning, property transfer, etc. Navigating the filing of legal documents and understanding the procedures is not something the average person needs to know how to do. That is where Appalachian Legal comes in! ​
