For more than 30 years, this house was the backdrop for one familyโ€™s memories. And when it was time to sell, we literally sat on the floor of their empty childhood home and did the listing paperwork. ๐Ÿ“‘

Talk about a full-circle moment!

Susan was referred to me (thanks, Lisa!) in May 2024, hoping to move from Florida to New York to be closer to her daughter and grandson. โค๏ธ

We made offers. Lost offers. Pivoted. Tried again.
