We thank and honor our EmberRise Assistant Director, Lacy Belt, for your unwavering dedication to support our ladies and our recovery home.
Lacy, you have a unique ability to make everyone feel so very HEARD. Your ability to encourage self-expression and honesty from everyone is so valuable as we depend on our ladies to advocate for themselves. You are the building block that keeps us strong and stable. You make a safe space and create the channel to help those doing the work with you to be able to do the deep dive.
It is your ethics and way of being that created the mindset for us to affectionately call you “Lieutenant Lacy”.
There is so much to celebrate, and we cheerfully, affectionately, joyfully shout from the heart:
We Love You, Lieutenant Lacy!
Every day is a Yay when you have your hand on it, whether it’s for our program, your love for Kingsley, or your amazing touch at your lash studio.
