Last night my REcademy coaching group had their regular monthly call and we talked about objections. š« But this wasnāt just any normal āover coming objectionsā lesson. This was how to do it AND help people while we are at it.š¤
This is important because selling a house is A BIG DEAL. I mean we are talking to people that live in a house š and have to figure out where to go from there. Most people donāt know how to navigate the next steps. Itās our job to help them with that.
Almost always, we are talking to people that have some sort of difficult situation going on with the house; a death in the family, facing foreclosure, divorce, things like that.š
You have to know how to talk to people, and most of all, you have to have integrity. Too often people just āwant to make a buckā and donāt care how itās made. I have a very different approach to REI and it works, and not only does it work, but I actually help people that need it instead of screwing them over 𤯠The cool part, if you do it right, everyone wins.
