NOT GUILTY ON ALL FELONY CHARGES!!!
On October 7, 2021, my client was unlawfully and brutally shot by police 3 times and their response was to charge him with a bunch of felonies to try to shut him up, but we fought back and today, 1 year later, we’ve come back victorious against yet another example of police brutality. Keeping his name confidential for privacy purposes but I feel so privileged to have worked this case with my client and our team. Big win!

A woman made a rude gesture after a police officer wrote her a ticket, so he pulled her over again. Last week, a three-judge panel said she could sue the officer.

A client of mine, who has also become a dear friend (and who wishes to remain anonymous), was facing 2-8 years in prison. He was charged with Felonious Assault, a second degree felony. Today, after 5 months of battling, he walks out of the courtroom with no fines, no court costs, and credit for time served, as we got the case reduced to a fourth degree misdemeanor! Congratulations!

A Cuyahoga County Jail inmate died on Tuesday, marking the sixth county inmate death since June 22.
