This is a good summary of the perils of forced arbitration. Be weary. These provisions are in most consumer contracts including your cell phone, cable and credit card contracts, employment agreements and even is some nursing home contracts governing services provided for our elderly loved ones.

All smiles for parents and their wonderful children picking up their uniforms and getting ready for the Miracle League season at the adaptive field at Miracle Park in Eastlake, Ohio. Staff and the Landskroner Foundation for Children had a great weekend visiting with some of these up and coming special players. So glad to be helping with this this program. Everyone should come see a game on Saturday afternoons and cheer these athletes on! You won't regret it and you will never forget it. (Go Sydney...my favorite Yankee!)

Tuesday I had the privilege of testifying before the Ohio House of Representatives in support of HB 38 to promote fair and transparent commercial credit reporting to protect Ohio small businesses. If you are a small business owner or employee let your state reps know you support the bill.

Another very sad story arising from Autopilot on a Tesla where the radar failed to pick up an object ( A Semi Tractor Trailer) crossing in front of the vehicle. The key to the advancement of technology is to learn from prior mistakes so they cannot happen again. This is not the first time a Tesla's radar has failed a driver and resulted in a death.... and unless the defect is fixed, it wont be the last.

System didn't brake for semi.

The Independent investigation of The Ohio State University's failure to take action to prevent the sexual abuse of its students by University employee and athletic team Doctor, Richard Strauss, MD is best summed up as follows: From roughly 1976 through 1996.."Despite the persistence, seriousness and regularity of such complaints, no meaningful action was taken by the University to investigate or address concerns [of this sexual abuse] until January 1996.
