Cleveland’s “Residents First” policies have changed the conversation for both real estate investors and property managers across the city of Cleveland

While the goal is to improve housing quality and tenant protections, many investors are now having to rethink acquisition strategies, renovation timelines, compliance costs, and operational systems before purchasing rental property.

For investors, the impact often includes:

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Salesperson operating in a hybrid capacity, requiring some on-site presence in Cleveland, OH, but also allowing for remote work.
