⚖️$1,000,000 SETTLEMENT — POLICY LIMITS RECOVERED

Michael Hill Trial Law has secured a $1,000,000 settlement — the full insurance policy limits — against a defendant nursing home following the death of a resident.

The fight isn't over. The lawsuit will continue against the nursing home's physician, who the Plaintiff alleges failed to appropriately treat a developing infection and failed to transfer the resident to the hospital as her condition deteriorated.

With trial approaching, Michael Hill Trial Law will exercise every measure to gain full accountability and bring closure to these tragic events.

You'll need an active Ohio law license (and a willingness to become licensed in other states) and either 5+ years of personal injury litigation with real deposition and trial experience, or a strong record as a criminal trial attorney.

$125,000–$200,000 base depending on experience, plus profit sharing, bonuses, full medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, paid CLE and bar dues, and more. Fully remote, with travel for trials and key meetings.
