Weston Hurd is pleased to welcome new Partner Gregory S. Costabile.

Greg is an OSBA Certified Specialist in Family Relations Law and focuses much of his practice on family law, divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and juvenile court matters. He is a seasoned litigator and mediator and trained in alternative dispute resolution techniques. Greg’s practice also includes business litigation, estate planning, misdemeanor defense matters, and Consumer Sales Practice Act matters for both consumers and contractors. Having served in multiple public office capacities, Greg has substantial municipal law experience and represents clients in such matters, including planning and zoning issues, building department citations, and administrative appeal issues.

Brian has vast and varied experience handling complex and catastrophic injury litigation. Brian's more than three decades of legal practice have been marked by candor and fairness with all parties. His solid reputation among the bench and bar in Northern Ohio is the result of a career spent practicing law by the Golden Rule.

Brian is a past president of the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys (OACTA) and past president of the Medina County Bar Association. He is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. In 2021, Brian was honored with the Medina County Bar Association Professionalism Award - the highest honor awarded by the MCBA.

We were so grateful to volunteer at today's 9/11 Day of Service, a nationwide effort taking place in 50 cities throughout the United States. In Cleveland, Weston Hurd LLP volunteers joined with hundreds of others to pack more than 263,700 meals. The meals are being distributed to over 1000 food banks and social service agencies throughout Cuyahoga and five surrounding counties.

Congratulations Weston Hurd partner Matthew Miller on his induction into the Saint Ignatius High School Athletic Hall of Fame. At Ignatius, Matt was a five-time varsity letter winner, and was part of three state championship teams, two in football, one in baseball. According to Matt, "There's nothing like winning as a team. Winning individually is nice - winning as a team and being able to celebrate with others takes it to a whole other level.
