🇺🇸 IMPORTANT IMMIGRATION UPDATE

The U.S. Supreme Court has temporarily allowed the Trump administration to resume deportations of certain immigrants to “third countries” — countries other than their country of origin — without first providing them an opportunity to challenge their removal based on the risk of persecution or torture.

The Court will consider the legality of this policy further, with arguments expected in December.

Woke up thinking about the reality of raising kids as an immigrant.

This week, our team came together to celebrate something that makes our workplace—and our country—so special: our diverse cultures and the traditions that bring us together.
Each of our employees brought a dish representing their own culture and heritage. From Taquitos, Stuffed Cabbage, Pastelitos, and Pão de Queijo to delicious Lasagna and Stir-Fried Vermicelli, our table was filled with incredible food, but even more importantly, with stories, traditions, memories, and love.
We believe that immigrants make America great, and that working alongside people from different cultures teaches us something every day: that despite our differences, we share so much—especially the values of love, respect, family, community, and hope.

❤️🇺🇸 JOSE IS BACK HOME IN THE UNITED STATES. 🇺🇸❤️
After months of uncertainty, detention, and tireless legal advocacy, Jose is finally back in the United States and being reunited with his family.
Jose was wrongfully deported to Honduras on April 10, 2026. Our team immediately began working tirelessly to bring him home, including filing a habeas corpus petition in federal court in Washington, D.C.
On August 5, pursuant to a court order, Jose was flown back to the United States. However, upon his arrival, he was immediately detained.
His bond was subsequently denied after he was issued a Notice to Appear (NTA) alleging an Entry Without Inspection (EWI) charge. The court declined to exercise jurisdiction because the matter fell within the jurisdiction of the Fifth Circuit.
But we did not stop fighting.
After weeks of negotiations and tireless advocacy, an agreement was reached to resolve the matter. Today, our habeas case was dismissed in Washington, D.C. — and just hours later, we received the news we had been hoping for:
JOSE WAS RELEASED. 🙏❤️
He was transferred from the Port Isabel Detention Center to the ICE office in Harlingen, where his family was able to pick him up.
Jose is now back in the United States and, most importantly, back with his family.
This case is a powerful reminder that immigration cases are about more than paperwork and court filings. They are about people, families, and the right to come home.
