🇺🇸 Our client was deported. We fought to bring him back.
After being deported from the United States, our 21-year-old Honduran client is finally back on U.S. soil after a federal judge ordered the Trump administration to bring him back.
But his fight is not over.
Instead of being allowed to return home to North Carolina and reunite with his family, he was taken into ICE custody immediately after landing.
Our attorneys have been fighting for this young man since the day he was deported. We refused to give up. We fought in court, advocated for his rights, and helped bring him back to the United States.
Now, we continue to fight for his freedom and for the chance for him to return home to North Carolina.

No necesariamente.

What should you wear to your immigration interview?
First impressions matter. While your outfit won’t determine the outcome of your case, dressing professionally shows respect for the process and helps you feel more confident.
✅ We recommend:
• A collared shirt, button-down, polo, or a professional blouse
• Dress pants, khakis, or a knee-length skirt
• A modest, professional dress
• Clean, closed-toe shoes
🚫 Avoid wearing:
• Shorts, tank tops, t-shirts, or athletic clothing
• Ripped or distressed jeans
• Flip-flops or overly casual sandals
• Flashy jewelry, loud prints, hats, or strong perfumes and colognes
Remember, your goal is to present yourself as neat, respectful, and prepared.
If you have an upcoming immigration interview—whether it’s for a Green Card, U.S. citizenship, or another immigration benefit—our experienced attorneys can help you prepare with confidence.
