SOLD in Bay Village! This cutie was a TOUCHDOWN for my buyers who relocated from Columbus to Cleveland a couple of years ago for Cleveland Browns 🏈

They had their heart set on Bay Village, but the market has very little inventory. When we saw this one THEY KNEW we had to pull out all the stops to get it!

The best part? The similar story the two families shared: both with young children, and both with careers in pro sports that move them around! AND the craziest part was the sellers were moving to Columbus there the buyers recently came from! Truly meant to be 😊

My favorite part about being a Realtor is the stories like these. Making connections. And knowing when the perfect home goes into the perfect hands.

Off market deal in the works! 🏠

Sometimes sellers prefer quick, easy sales privately rather than selling and showing to the masses!

In this case, the seller’s friend had been eyeing their house for a while, and when a job relocation hit, they made a deal and called me in to help orchestrate the deal! I helped the seller buy this gem in downtown Willoughby 4 years ago, and grateful to assist again!

Love when a beautiful home transfers among friends :)

Great real estate experiences aren’t just about the agent, they’re about the whole team! These buyers took my advice when I gave it, and were very coachable throughout the search and after we found the ONE! Once under contract, they trusted my recommendations for inspectors to make sure they were comfortable with their purchase, and leaned on me for reassurance throughout the process.

When I take on new clients, we are in this TOGETHER and teamwork, communication, and respect are paramount for a successful experience! Grateful for this team 🥰

After meeting at an open house about five years ago, they reached out this spring to restart their home search. Having relocated from Pittsburgh five years ago, they were ready to put down roots in Cleveland and looked hard and wide for a home that was centrally located and had space and historic charm. This beautiful home in Ohio city checked all the boxes! They have walkability, a tree-lined street, a double lot, and a century worth of character in a beautiful home! So excited for them, and can’t wait to see how they add their touches to this home!

I’ve had the opportunity to help Tanya and her family buy and sell 4 properties all in the same community- Greenwood Village! Now, on one cul de sac, four generations of this amazing family get to live together in 3 different homes - isn’t that a dream? So grateful to be trusted by this family all who have become my close friends!

Real estate is more than a career for me. It’s being a part of chapters that change the direction of our lives!

RECENTLY SOLD in Rocky River! 🏠🥰

These sellers came to me by way of an agent in California who interviewed me as a referral to her previous clients who now lived in Arizona, as they needed help selling their parent’s home in Rocky River. Both parents had passed, and the family was grieving and tasked with cleaning out this home with nearly 50 years of memories and belongings.

Due to the sensitive emotional nature of the sale, and the need for a large clean out, I recommended we try Hanna List, Howard Hanna‘s private database of listings, to see if we could capture a solid buyer without having dozens of showings that the children needed to prepare for. Luckily, with one day of showings, we received a perfect offer $25,000 over asking with no inspection! It was a match made in heaven, as the buyers were looking for the specific neighborhood in which the wife grew up to raise their family.

These are the stories that make my heart melt, when a home gets passed from one family who enjoyed it for 50 years to another who will be there for a lifetime as well. Congratulations to all parties, and thank you to Aileen Fitzgerald and Elizabeth Gleim for bringing the amazing buyers!

I absolutely loved working with these buyers who are relocating from Chicago to Cleveland for work! 2026 has been the year of exercising my Chicago to Cleveland relocation muscle - since I did it myself 10 (TEN, what!? How!?) years ago myself!

I have multiple clients taking the plunge whether they are moving for work, to be closer to family, or just a change of pace! This townhome was perfect for these buyers who are used to an urban feel, and wanted to be close to bike paths, coffee, restaurants, etc.! AND THAT SAUNA!?
