Fairness in divorce and family law courts in Florida is essential to people feeling they have a fair process. If one side is allowed to sandbag, ambush and violate the court's rules, that is highly problematic. Even worse, each division seems to have different rules and this can cause unfair surprise and a failure of the fairness aspect of the process.

Maybe it is time to have some standardization to avoid chaos. If litigants and lawyers do not know the evidence, exhibits, and witnessed beforehand, that is not fairness, it's chaos.
