Even though I do check my FB often, I will admit that I've gotten really bad about posting. So today, I want to remind everyone that loving yourself, is the first step in teaching others how to love you.

I just need to vent for a moment. You see, living with ADHD is tough, especially when it comes to those Physical Abilities Tests (PAT) you take when applying for a new job. Time and time again, I find myself facing the frustration of not being able to pass those tests, and it's not because I lack the skills or the passion for the job. It's just that my cognitive aptitudes don't always line up with those tests.

It's disheartening to know that I have the ability to excel in the job I applied for, with my attention to detail and empathy, yet I keep getting denied because of these tests. It's like there's a barrier standing between me and my dreams, and it's incredibly frustrating.

But you know what? I refuse to let this defeat me. I believe that there's always something better, even when things don't go as planned. I won't let this setback define me. I'll keep my head high and try again. This is just one more obstacle to overcome, and I know it will only make me better in the end.

So, here's to resilience and determination. I won't let ADHD or any test stand in the way of my dreams. I'll keep pushing forward, because I know that I have what it takes to succeed.

Thank you for all the birthday wishes. I had a great birthday. Went to PA with hubby, then got to spend time with my 2 besties in GA for a girls weekend. Not to shabby!
