ude not paying full paralegal pay during any slow times, no payroll taxes or workers compensation insurance, and no benefits i.e. You only pay for work completed. I am confident in my abilities to communicate with clients, draft pleadings including inventory and appraisements, orders, and preparing and responding to discovery with electronic Bates stamps included. I use Westlaw Formbuilder, Wordperfect, MS Word, and Adobe Pro DC for drafting documents. The one positive thing I believe the COVID pandemic has shown our legal community is that you do not have to be in the office to conduct business.
