my lifelong passion of being a Realtor, we have created our family team, Team Albanese-Repko, under RE/MAX; the MOST trusted name in the real estate industry globally. I have spent my 40+ years as a Realtor specializing in the areas of residential, commercial, multi-unit properties & land sales, with a focus in Pinellas County & the surrounding greater Tampa Bay area. Along with accomplishing Hall of Fame status with RE/MAX & being part of the RE/MAX 100% club, I am also a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, a Certified Short Sale Expert, and a proud member of the Christian Real Estate Network & The International Women's Leadership Association. Cheryl began her career in the real estate industry roughly 20 years ago in 2002 selling timeshare in Orlando where she also completed her real estate schooling in 2004. After relocating to Pinellas county in 2006, she began her work in the residential area of real estate, working as my Administrative Sales Assistant & Media Specialist. Although she hasn’t carried an active real estate license, she has continued to be an invaluable asset to our team & has excelled in her knowledge of ‘all things real estate’ additionally becoming our current Transaction Coordinator. Cheryl spends a great deal of time working with our Clients directly helping keep us connected to them at ALL times; while also coordinating on the back end with contractors, title companies, lenders, property inspectors, & the like. She is presently continuing her education to become a licensed Real Estate Agent as she stays up-to-date with all of the current market trends & technological advances in marketing & advertising in the real estate industry. She is studying to take her state exam & officially have her license in the next few months. At that point, my oldest son Bill Repko, Cheryl's husband, who is currently in training now will start taking over some of her duties to support the team.
