September 2022 the medium price of homes is $760,000
Making it a +4.1% increase from last year.

Note: There was a slight increase in the median sales price from August to September even though new mortgage applications and home resales have been falling due to mortgage rates continuing to increase. Reason for an increase in medium sales price could be the lack of inventory in homes for sale as it still remains lower than average.

August 2022 the medium price of homes is $760,000
Making it a +3.4% increase from last year.

Note: Although there has been a medium sales price increase year over year, there has been a continued medium price drop for the past four months. From July 2022 to August 2022, the medium price dropped from $777,000 to $760,000 making it a 2.18% drop. Also making it a 7.31% drop from the peak month of April 2022.
