Bruntrager & Billings is seeking an organized, professional, and detail-oriented full-time Account Manager / Office Administrator for their office in Clayton. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing the administrative duties of managing the day-to-day operations of a seven-attorney law firm.

Applications must have good interpersonal and communication skills and excellent organizational skills.

Position Responsibilities:

Data entry and management of office accounts receivables and payables (A/R and A/P) using Quickbooks

Vendor payments and monthly bank account reconciliation

Support the Attorney team with daily administrative tasks

Be highly organized and detail-oriented

Handle telephone, email, and personal contact with internal employees and external clients

Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.

Education and Experience:

Experience with bookkeeping and accounting platforms

Experience with using case management and/or billing software

Experience working with Law Firms or related professions (preferred, not required)

Expertise in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Quickbooks

A background in office administration (preferred, not required)

Salary commensurate with experience; benefits available.
