For the first time ever, we have a back-to-back Cultural Icon Award winner.
Congratulations to Carol for earning Cultural Icon for the months of April and May.
The easy part is talking about the numbers. Over the last two months, Carol has led our team in conversations, appointments, and had 9 units and over $3 million go under contract.
But that’s not why she’s being awarded.
Carol represents everything we want our culture to be.
She shows up every day with an attitude that makes people want to be around her. She brings energy into every room she walks into. She makes people laugh. She lifts people up when they need it. She volunteers to help without being asked. She celebrates other people’s wins as loudly as her own.
If you’ve spent more than five minutes with Carol, you know exactly what I’m talking about. It’s hard not to love Carol.
What makes her story even more impressive is that just last year, she started with no experience, no business, and no book of clients. Through consistency, hard work, coachability, and an unwaveringly positive attitude, she has become one of the clearest examples of what’s possible when someone fully commits to the process.
