Fore Lease!

Beautiful Clayton House up for lease at $2,700/month.

8561 Everett Avenue is a beautifully updated 3bed/2 full bath home for rent in Clayton Schools.

I’ve included some highlights in these slides, but you’ll have to head to our website or any other listing platform for the rest!

Highlights include:
Updated bathrooms and kitchen
Fresh paint and cosmetic updates throughout
Hardwood floors throughout the mainfloor
Finished basement with LVP flooring

The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom + a huge walk-in closet which also features walkout to the back deck.

Beyond the kitchen there is a bonus den with LVP flooring which is currently being utilized as a large office but could be used as a second living room, large dining room, or however you see best fit!

All 3 bedrooms are on the main floor, but you could use the finished basement as an additional sleeping area.

Theres a great back yard and the house is next door to a large open green space. This is not part of the property but certainly adds an element of privacy from the backyard.
