After years of showing homes and listening to buyers talk about what they notice, I’ve learned which details really matter and where your time and money are best spent.

I’ll always be honest with you about what I think is worth doing before we list. Sometimes it’s a few small repairs, a fresh coat of paint, or simply getting the space photo-ready. Other times, it may not be necessary to do much at all.

The goal is simple: make your home show its best without spending money on things that won’t make a difference.
