Inspections will make or break a deal. It's always important to be prepared, no matter how "nice" a house looks. Inspections find problems and as the buyer or the seller, it's important to be prepared to accepted the issues, fix the issues, renegotiate the deal or even potentially walk away from the deal altogether. 🏡
As an agent, there is always GREAT relief when a house passes inspection. 🙌🥂
