Inspector Jeff with the catch. This one isn’t tough to spot or find, but to an untrained eye walking through the home, putting in an offer because of the living space, we’ve got these spaces covered for you. Maybe the sellers haven’t had a single issue with this configuration, we get it, things aren’t a problem, until their a problem. Some issues however, when the problem hits, is a dangerous one. Get a home inspection PLEASE!

As homeowners however we can do our very best to mitigate risk so we don’t FACILITATE issues further! We detail conditions and their implications in a comprehensive report for home buyers or anyone looking to get to know their home better so they can better maintain their biggest asset!

You move into your new flipped house, suddenly the winter of cold and frozen pipes strikes and you can’t figure out why your bathroom pipe froze and burst. Should have got that home inspection!

The question is always asked, why do I need a home inspection on a new construction. Well let us show you why. Sure there are township inspections. We recommend for new construction getting a pre drywall inspection before the builder starts concealing the structure, a home inspection once the build is done and it’s almost move in time, AND an 11 month warranty inspection while the home is still under the 1 year builders warranty. There are always oversights and the right thorough home inspector can catch a lot missed by township inspections!
