Buckley & Zopf is pleased to introduce Tristan D. Meyer as the newest attorney to join our firm. Tristan is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, he is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and will be concentrating his practice in Estate Planning, Probate and Probate Litigation.

Tristan recently graduated magna cm laude from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. Tristan is also a graduate of the nationally renowned Daniel Webster Scholars Honors Program.

We here at Buckley and Zopf are greatly saddened over the loss of our good friend and colleague Bruce Jasper. We send our sincere condolences to his wife, Ann, and to his family. Bruce was a valued member of the New Hampshire and Sullivan County Bar for over fifty years. He was a good friend to all of us here at Buckley and Zopf and he will be missed. Services will be held Saturday, January 13th at 11:00 a.m. at the South Congregational Church in Newport. Please see the attached obituary for details.

Buckley & Zopf is pleased to welcome Frank A. Natoli as the newest attorney to join our firm. Frank will be working across most of our practice areas with a concentration in business law and intellectual property. His practice spans 16 years as transactional counsel and has cultivated a global clientele with particular experience in trademark, copyright and business organization matters. Frank is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School and from Columbia University.

We bring many years of legal experience and common sense to the practice of law. Currently there are two partners in the firm, Anthony F. DiPadova, Jr. and Alex Scott. Attorney Michael Fuerst is retired but continues to serve as Of Counsel to the firm. Attorney DiPadova's practice includes criminal and civil litigation, DUI defense, family law and estate planning. Attorney Scott concentrates his practice on real estate, probate, estate planning and transactional work. Attorney Fuerst specializes in Elder Law, Medicaid/ nursing home issues, as well as estate planning, probate administration and real estate.
