I’m sure everyone has heard by now, but just in case you haven’t….ALL cases are now being heard at the NEW Chilton County Courthouse located at 53 Robert Threlkeld Parkway. This is on Lay Dam Road/145 across from the Chilton Board of Education.

If you have a case coming up in Circuit, District or Probate Court, this is where it will be heard. The OLD courthouse is now CLOSED.
