I am available for case management referrals and life care plan referrals. I have been an Expert Witness in Case Management services for over 23 years. I have been an Expert Witness for Life Care Plans for over 20 years. I designed the Life Care Plan Training program @ Capital University/Legal Nurse Consulting Department and served as Lead Faculty/Adjunct Professor from 2000-2003. The program continues today. I am honored to be a Cap Graduate!🙂💜

I would like to thank each of you for all the wonderful clients/patients you have referred to me @ Sheila J. Cottle & Associates. I have enjoyed working with each one of them since I opened my Business in 1994. I have also had the opportunity to then refer my patients/clients to many of you for therapy, job search/job training, as well as development of rehabilitation training programs to aide the client/patient to necessary short term training with the successful outcome of returning to work in a job with benefits.
