Getting cabinets quickly for our Greenhills rehab has been a challenge. Unity Cabinets and Granite came through with the win and we opted to put them together ourselves instead of waiting the extra time for them to be assembled. They went together easily and are going to look perfect!

One of our core values is honesty and we always try to be up-front and honest with our offers. Many times this means we don't get an offer accepted because someone else promised to pay more, but then we find out later that the buyer dropped their price or charged them fees they weren't told about. You can trust that when you work with us, what you see is what you get.

The Federal Trade Commission today took action against online home buying firm Opendoor Labs Inc., for cheating potential home sellers by tricking them into thinking that they could make more money

Lot 36 is looking good and the finish work inside is underway to be ready for closing in early September. Lots 33 and 34 are about to start on siding with plans for a fall closing.

We're back! 👋 It's been a crazy couple of months with working on some business development and of course taking a little time out to deal with COVID 🦠 🤧 BUT we are back and so excited to be closing on this adorable home tomorrow.

This was our first condo rehab and it went much better than we had expected! This was probably our most attended open house we've ever hosted with lots of local Mount Lookout renters stopping by. We had multiple offers over asking and are in contract and going through inspections right now. Thanks for all the love on this project ❤️

The next time you see this kitchen, it will be staged and ready for listing later this week! Today is the day that I'm sure many of you other real estate investors know well- the day to make sure all the last-minute little things are done before staging, pictures, and going live on the MLS.
