Beth Silverman & Associates is hiring!

Our law firm is seeking a receptionist for an hourly position of approximately 28 hours per week. We are a very busy family law practice with five attorneys, located downtown. Hours are approximately 9am-3pm four days per week and 9am-12:30pm one day per week. These starting and ending times are somewhat flexible, depending on the needs of the candidate. This may be an ideal position for a parent with school-aged children.

Essential Functions:
- Greet visitors and the general public.
- Primarily responsible for intake calls from prospective clients of the firm.
- Answer general telephone calls, providing appropriate information and/or routing to assist callers.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including providing refreshments to office visitors.
- Accept mail deliveries, sort & distribute mail.
- Provide miscellaneous clerical and secretarial functions as needed.
- Stamp and send mail.
- Be knowledgeable in the use of computers, Microsoft Office, etc.
