‼️UPDATE. Ayman Soliman’s case

TRO Issued: Imam Ayman Soliman to Remain in Jurisdiction Ahead of Bond Hearing

This afternoon, a federal judge granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) preventing ICE from transferring Ayman Soliman out of the Butler County Jail. The order ensures that Soliman, a respected imam, will remain within the court’s jurisdiction and avoids the all-too-common “detention shuffle” faced by many detainees. The TRO remains in effect until his bond hearing, currently scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on July 23, 2025.
