Do you know someone who's looking to transition their career into real estate to become a better investor?
That was me ten years ago; I started making those moves in the summer of 2014. Right now I'm hiring someone to help my company as we grow, and to help them become a better investor through what we can teach and what they can learn by working in my business.
Right now we manage 325 units, we're headed to 500 units by this time next year.
We're flipping two houses right now, and as soon as one sells, we'll buy another one.
We coordinate 2-5 rehab crews at all times.
We have in-house maintenance and HVAC, we also do a lot of third-party HVAC work, including permitted full-system residential installs.
Hours up to full time with some scheduling flexibility. At full-time hours, the salary would be ~$60,000/yr with PTO and mileage reimbursement.
We're ready to onboard someone as soon as we can get them through our interview process, which could be as quick as two weeks.
