Maintenance Technicians perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape. You will demonstrate pride in all of our properties by completing work orders in a timely manner, interacting with residents with the highest quality customer service, and keeping all our properties systems in good working order. In this role, you will have plenty of growth opportunities to learn additional maintenance and business skills to help advance your career.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance work.
- Coordinate completion of residents and managements work orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within the established time frame.
- Inspect properties mechanical systems and grounds: immediately addressing safety issues with management.
- Rotating on-call responsibility for Emergency Maintenance.
- Must be a team player and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical aptitude
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for an 8 hour shift
- Physical Stamina and dexterity
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
