After managing hundreds of files, I can confidently say: the best-looking listings follow this checklist 👇

✨ Pre-Photo Checklist for a Scroll-Stopping Listing:

🔹 Hide personal items – toothbrushes, meds, calendars, pet crates, kid art
🔹 Remove anything with text – fridge notes, signs, political stickers
🔹 Fix visual distractions – crooked blinds, messy bedding, slanted wall art
