Today marked a significant moment for Durst Kerridge as Partner Paul R. Kerridge presented oral arguments before the Ohio Supreme Court in the case of In Re: L.E.S.

Durst Kerridge recently secured a TRO on behalf of our client Taste of Belgium, in a case before Hamilton County's commercial docket.

On short notice, our litigation team successfully protected the restaurant group's access to a key space at its commissary. The matter was reported in the Cincinnati Enquirer.
