Here's my final take away...I kept hearing this 20/20/60% rule...no idea initially what it meant. Here's what it means: 20% straight Republican, 20% straight Democrat and 60% up for grabs. It's actually true. 40% of voters refuse to cross party lines.

I went door to door and had many encounters. This FINAL post is my takeaway - the 60% Rule is real. May I respectfully request you consider the ever so slight possibility of a 10/10/80% ratio?

To the person that allowed me to put up my sign next to his Trump 2024 sign on his front lawn, thank you! That particular encounter began with me (a newly minted Democrat) sheepishly approaching the voter's door as he came outside. First thing I said was: "I'm a Democrat" to which he responded without hesitation and with his hand extended: "You're an American."

God Bless America and a heartfelt thanks to our Veterans that served to assure our privilege to vote. A 40% turnout is mediocre at best. I seriously don't care who you vote for but please vote. !

I am thankful for the 5,051 voters who had the faith and confidence in me to serve as MDJ. Unfortunately, we fell a little short. As a baseball coach I told my players "a loss is only a loss if you don't learn something." This is not a loss for me, but a valuable learning experience. To the younger residents of Warminster Township and Ivyland Borough - please don't be affraid to take the road less travelled! I am glad I did!

Your next Magisterial District Judge should not be determined by politics. Please consider each candidate's qualifications. Vote the person not the Party.
