Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available depending on the position, experience, and schedule.
REAL ESTATE SALES:
If you’ve ever thought about getting into real estate, this may be a great opportunity to learn more about what that looks like and what it takes to get started.
If you already have your real estate license and are looking to grow your business, we have the tools, systems, training, leads, and support to help you do it.
CONTRACTING / MAINTENANCE:
We’re also looking for dependable help across our general contracting, rental, property maintenance, remodeling, and house-flipping operations.
That work may include:
* General property maintenance and repairs
* Painting and drywall
* Flooring
* Demo and cleanup
* Remodeling
* Rental turnovers
* Punch-list work
* Landscaping and exterior maintenance
* Helping on construction projects
* Other general maintenance and labor as needed
Experience is always a plus, but more than anything, we’re looking for people who are dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and take pride in what they do.
