Hello everyone-

Just a reminder, the office, pool, lobby and laundry will be closed on Tuesday July 4th. WE WILL BE OPEN ON MONDAY JULY 3RD. Also, a BIG REMINDER, new rents begin July 1st. Please pay the correct amount, if any of you forgot, you can call or come into the office for your new rent amount. Rents are due by July 3rd. We will be checking the rent box on July 4th, please pay your rent on time, if not, you must include the late fee when dropping off your rent on the 4th. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Below are the hours of operation for the Christmas holiday. We also posted them at each entrance and common areas. Have a safe and Merry Christmas!

***NOTE***
After Christmas, we receive a lot of gifts, in big gift boxes. Please, please, please BREAK DOWN ALL BIG BOXES AND THROW THEM IN THE WHITE CONTAINER. We try our hardest to keep our property clean. We all live here and we all should make it a point of doing our part to keep our HOME a clean space to live in. We appreciate those who do so.

Hello:

On Thursday, November 24th and Friday November 25th, the office and all facilities will be closed. We will re-open the laundry and lobby on Saturday November 26th. The office will be closed on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We will return to the office on Monday, November 28th.

Boo!
It is that time of year again. We see so many wonderful decorations around the property; getting in the spirit of Halloween. Just remember please respect one another's decorations. They are put up to look at and enjoy, not to touch and destroy. We look forward to seeing more!!
Also, we will be giving out candy on Halloween, Monday October 31st. We can't wait to see all the spooky and wonderful costumes🎃👻💀🧡🖤

Friday July 15th the laundry room will be closed for maintenance and cleaning. We will re open later on in the day. There is not an approximate time. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Hello Tenants-
Happy New Year! It's been a rocky beginning of 2022. We were affected with the trash strike and we tried our best to maintain and keep our dumpster areas clean. We appreciate those who tried as well. We didn't regulate the separation of the plastics, cardboard, etc. during that time, but now since the the trash pick ups are on their regular schedule, we ask ALL OF OUR TENANTS to PLEASE SEPARATE THE RECYCLING FROM THE TRASH. DO NOT THROW ANY CARDBOARD OR ANYTHING RECYCLABLE IN THE BLUE TRASH CONTAINERS. Also, PLEASE BREAK DOWN ALL CARDBOARD BOXES AND FLATTEN THEM TO DISPOSE IN THE WHITE CONTAINER. I will be sending out ANOTHER REMINDER. We all live here and we all should be doing our part to help keep the property clean.

Attention Tenants-
There has become an issue with the trash and recycling. Please DO NOT throw ANY cardboard, recyclable bottles, cans, etc... in the blue trash bins. ALL RECYCLING NEEDS TO BE BROKEN DOWN AND PUT IN THE WHITE TRASH BIN. We have recently sent out a notice (in English and Spanish) about disposing of all of items and where they go. The City of Chula Vista notified us that the workers of Republic Waste are on strike. It'll be challenging for a couple of days while they figure things out, but we need to work together and not overflow the blue trash bins with recycling. The picture you see was cardboard boxes taken out of only ONE blue trash bin. Again, please follow the instructions of disposing of your trash and recycling. If you have any questions, you can call or come into the office.

Attention Tenants,

All facilities will be closed on Sunday 4th of July (laundry, pool, and lobby). Also, Monday July 5th we will be closed (again, the laundry pool, office and lobby) in observance to the 4th. As you know, rent is due the 1st of each month, the latest the 3rd. Please pay your rent on time. We will be checking the RENT DROP BOX. Late fees will apply for late rents. NO EXCEPTIONS!
