USCIS has issued new policy guidance in response to Executive Order 14201, Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports. This update affects certain visa categories including O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2, and National Interest Waivers (NIW), and outlines how eligibility for athletes will be assessed when the athlete is a male seeking to compete in women’s sports in the U.S.
