I’m not even sure I have the right words for this one…
When we started Idaho Rocky Mountain Real Estate, we had a vision of what we wanted this company to be. We wanted to build a place where good agents could do great things, where people genuinely supported each other, where clients were treated like people instead of transactions, and where we could work hard, laugh a lot, and build something we were truly proud to be part of.
There were definitely moments when it felt like a crazy dream.
And now somehow, here we are…

And when I say we, I mean WE.
To my incredible agents—you are the heart of this company. Every single one of you has helped shape Rocky Mountain Real Estate into what it is today. Your hard work, your personalities, your loyalty, the way you support one another, and most importantly, the way you take care of your clients… THAT is what this award represents.
I may have had the crazy idea, but you guys made it real.
There is something pretty emotional about seeing a dream that once existed only in your head become a company filled with people you respect, love, laugh with, occasionally want to strangle 😂, and are ridiculously proud to stand beside.
And to every client, friend, family member, and person in this community who has trusted us, referred someone to us, cheered us on, or cast a vote for us—thank you. You have no idea how much this means.
