Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Originator for over 20 years. Computer Information Technology professional for two years a resident of Eastvale California.
I moved to the beautiful California in 1989 at the age of 17. In 1998, I obtained my real estate salesperson license. I obtained my real estate broker licensee in 2003. I open my own business in Corona, California under the D.B.A H&A Realty in 2005. Currently I am a Broker-Associate for L.A. Financial Services & L.A. Realty Services. Presently, I am studying Computer Information Technology and Cyber-security to continue providing high quality service for my customers.
I specialize in working with hard to sell homes such as short sales, HUD-owned properties, foreclosure homes, REO properties, divorce cases, rental properties, and probates. I have extensive experience working with residential mortgages such as FHA, VA, Conventional, CALHFA, USDA, and Cal Vet loans, and down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers.
In my spare time, I enjoy staying active, listening to podcast and Audio books as well as music. I am a big science fiction and anime geek.
