Unfortunately, there are so many false reports and rumors, there is no way I can timely address each one individually.
I had to take an emergency medical leave of absence. A VOLUNTARY leave of absence due to an actual serious medical condition I’ve been dealing with. Due to the length of time my doctor is ordering me to takeoff, plus some other non-disciplinary factors, I was forced to go through the state bar because I was worried about my clients being protected and myself due to the constant harassment from the DA’s office and Sheriff’s Dept.
There was no hearing dealing with the bogus and false criminal charges nor the was there any testimony from either current or former clients.
I’m not disbarred and I’m not suspended and I’m not revoked.
What I did not realize was once my leave was worked out that it would take place so quickly; because it’s emergency medical leave it makes sense, though.
I’ve been trying to scramble to notify everyone but it’s been challenging to timely do so.
My office still remains, and if anybody would like to meet with me, before I’m able to contact you, you’re welcome to call me and arrange an appointment. I have a couple attorneys I am working with to try to get through this difficult time as efficiently as possible.
I appreciate all of the support I have been receiving, and I am truly thankful there are people who have a brain and understand the local “news” is rarely accurate and social media “news” is never accurate.
