Some places you live in. Chico is a place you fall for, over and over. 🍂

It happens on an ordinary evening when the sky turns gold over the foothills. On a slow morning at One Mile. On a drive home in October, when the whole street is orange and red and you remember why they call this the City of Trees.

Mostly, though, it’s the people. Neighbors who become friends. Coworkers who become family. A town that still feels like a town.

We’ve been helping people plant roots here since 2011, and we still never get tired of calling this city home.
