Good evening everyone! As the end of the year nears I wanted to provide a much needed update.

Bar membership(s):

Not only am I able to assist with cases under Oklahoma Law, I was recently sworn in with the Chickasaw Nation, Ada, Oklahoma, and will now be able to assist those who require legal services in tribal cases.

Services update:

As I have progressed in my practice over the past few months, I have worked to provide legal assistance to those in need of:

Family law- divorce, guardianship termination, custody and modification of custody, decree modification, and child support modification.

Criminal law- protective order hearings, and expungements.

Contract- collections for breach of contract and related claims,lease termination, and land lord/tenant disputes.

Real property- quiet title actions.

Probate- matters which include representing personal representatives and beneficiaries.

Estate planning- wills, pour over wills, and trusts.

If you are in need of any of these services, or if you wish to inquire for a service which I have not listed, please keep me in mind and do not hesitate to reach out.

Hello! I'm Anna Van Dyck and I have recently established Van Dyck Law Office, PLLC. I would like to take this moment to not only introduce myself, but to provide some information about myself.

I completed law school at Oklahoma City University School of Law in December 2021 earning a Juris Doctor degree, and have obtained licensure through the Oklahoma Bar Association to provide legal services.

Prior to pursuing legal education, I received an Associate and Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice.

I have actively worked in public service for many years as an Emergency Medical Technician, Fire Fighter, and Police Officer prior to obtaining my law degree.

My goal in beginning Van Dyck Law Office, is to continue to provide public services by helping to navigate the legal system. I believe that the knowledge I have gained through prior employment in public service will assist me in being able to achieve a just outcome in any area which you may need assistance.
