The best time to photograph your property isn’t always when you’re ready to put it on the market. Late summer and early fall can offer some of the best conditions for showcasing your home and land—green yards, beautiful landscaping, clear skies, and a property looking its best.

Once winter arrives, photography becomes a challenge. January and February can mean gray skies, bare landscaping, muddy ground, dirty snow, and holiday decorations—not exactly the first impression you want buyers to see when your home hits the market in spring.
