This week, Cooney & Conway attorney Michael Cooney spoke at the Mass Torts Made Perfect Conference in Las Vegas, one of the nation’s leading conferences for mass tort attorneys, bringing together plaintiff lawyers and legal professionals from across the country. Michael served as a panelist on “Asbestos in 2026: Where is the Litigation Heading Now?”

The panel discussed the current state of asbestos litigation and where it’s headed. Discussions like this one remain an important part of advocating for those affected by asbestos exposure.
