The Winnebago County jury verdict was named the 86th Highest Verdict in the United States, the 41st Highest Personal Injury Verdict in the United States, and the 19th Highest Wrongful Death Verdict in the United States. Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard attorneys Tara R. Devine and Emily T. Art recently obtained a $500,000 personal injury settlement on behalf of a 59-year-old couple who were driving when another driver, who had a stop sign, pulled out in front of the couple’s vehicle to make a left-hand turn, resulting in the couple striking the defendant’s vehicle. The couple suffered various injuries due to the crash, some of which are permanent.
