Today marks 14 years since Goldstein & McClintock's founders left BigLaw partnership behind – and launched our restructuring, finance & corporate law firm, comprised of top professionals across the country with decades of experience at some of the nation’s most prestigious law firms. Over the last nearly decade-and-a-half, our firm has been delighted to offer clients top-tier counsel combined with the affordability, accessibility, and individual attention of a boutique law practice. G&M is exceptionally grateful not only to its broad array of sophisticated clientele that it has and continues to represent in a wide variety of matters, but also to all of the clients and non-client professionals who have trusted (and continue to trust) G&M by recommending G&M over the years to handle, among other things, “bet the farm” situations. We’re particularly grateful for your trust, given that the source of our client referrals is organic and entirely via word-of-mouth, resulting from our firm’s historical distaste for charging rates that re-route clients’ scarce dollars to fund advertising of our own firm.
