Hayley Pieper Damian joined Joseph W. Pieper, Attorney at Law, LLC as an associate attorney in 2017. Hayley concentrates her practice on the probate of adult and minor guardianship estates, decedent’s estates, trust litigation and administration, estate planning, and occasional real estate matters.

Hayley is also appointed by judges as a Guardian ad Litem to assist in matters relating to the appointment of a guardian for both adults with disabilities and minor children, as well as court-appointed counsel for respondents in contested guardianship matters. Additionally, she regularly volunteers her time with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services in accepting appointments as a pro bono Guardian ad litem in Cook County adult guardianship matters.

Hayley graduated from the DePaul University College of Law, where she was on the Dean’s list, served on the Executive Board of the Child and Family Law Association, and obtained a Certificate in Family Law. Hayley earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and a Minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

In her free time, Hayley enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with her husband, going on long walks with their rescue dog, Abby, and spending time with her family and friends

Nola C. Pieper joined Joseph W. Pieper, Attorney at Law, LLC as an associate attorney in 2021. Nola focuses her practice on probate of adult guardianships and decedent’s estates. Nola volunteers with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services (CVLS) as a Court appointed Guardian ad Litem in the Adult Guardianship division.

During law school, Nola worked as a law clerk for the Adult Guardianship Division of the Office of the Cook County Public Guardian and Joseph W. Pieper, Attorney at Law, LLC.

Nola graduated from DePaul University College of Law, where she received a CALI Award in her Legal Analysis, Research and Communications class. Nola earned her Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies and Spanish from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

In her free time, Nola enjoys trying the newest neighborhood restaurant, watching popular Netflix shows, and spending time with friends and family.

Hayley M. Pieper joined Joseph W. Pieper, Attorney at Law, LLC as an associate attorney in 2017. Ms. Pieper focuses her practice on the probate of adult and minor guardianships, decedent’s estates, and some real estate.
Ms. Pieper graduated from the DePaul University College of Law, where she was on the Dean’s list, served on the Executive Board of the Child and Family Law Association, and obtained a Certificate in Family Law. Ms. Pieper earned her Bachelors of Science in psychology and a minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
During law school, Ms. Pieper worked as a law clerk for the Adult Guardianship Division of the Cook County Office of the Public Guardian, and participated as a law student advocate in the DePaul University College of Law Domestic Violence Courthouse Project. She also worked as a law clerk in the private sector for law firms concentrated in the practice of probate law, including Joseph W. Pieper, Attorney at Law, LLC, during her final two years of law school.
