Litigation is a significant part of our practice, but it is not the whole practice.

KS Law is a boutique business and real estate firm. Much of our work falls into three lanes: commercial litigation and owner disputes; creditors’ rights, collections, and post-judgment enforcement; and commercial real estate and business transactions. We also advise clients on land trusts, closings, and related property planning.

Obtaining a judgment is an important step, but it doesn’t automatically put money into your account.

Post-judgment enforcement may involve identifying assets, locating accounts, pursuing garnishments, recording judgments, or taking other steps to turn a legal win into an actual recovery.
