PMJ PLLC has partnered with an Asia-based law firm to develop an AI model to identify webstores and websites selling counterfeit goods to customers in the U.S. at no up front costs to the client. The first such case (HAMIEW v. The Defendants Listed on Schedule A, Case No. 26-405) was filed in Houston, TX and has resulted in the shutdown of 57 infringing businesses and approx. US$100,000 in recoveries in less than three months.

We have a Plaintiff-side case for a great client whose IP was stolen, whole-clothe. The Cinese defendants have no defeneses. Nonetheless, the judge extended the TRO for over one year (the statutory limit is two weeks). We also have a pending appeal (7th Cir.) representing former Boeing pilots that was filed in June 2023, and argued in Oct. 2023. No decisions in either case. What is going on here?!!

"Slammed for failed bids to oust judge in Boeing 737 MAX case, lawyer has no regrets". We did what we had to do for our clients, and now we are on to appeal!

Recusal motions are always a risky bet. No judges, no matter how fair-minded and thick-skinned, welcome the suggestion that they cannot decide a case fairly or that their impartiality might reasonably be questioned.
