Taxman, Po***ck & Bekkerman Partner Jim P. Lynch and Associate Josh Arenson recently secured a $1.7 million settlement on behalf of a client who suffered serious and permanent injuries after her vehicle was rear-ended by a commercial tractor-trailer. The collision resulted in cervical spine injuries, which required medical treatment and surgery, along with lasting physical and emotional consequences to the client.

Through extensive fact and medical discovery, Jim and Josh developed the evidence establishing both the cause and full extent of the client’s injuries. The case ultimately resolved for $1,700,000, providing meaningful compensation for the client’s past medical treatment, permanent impairment, pain and suffering, and loss of normal life.

Attorneys Bradley N. Po***ck and Grant A. Bosnich recovered $1,727,885 for a pedestrian that was struck by a motor vehicle in DuPage County. The plaintiff suffered significant injuries that required an extended course of medical treatment. The insurance company represented that their highest settlement offer it would pay was $850,000.00. It was only after litigating the case that Brad and Grant were able to obtain justice on behalf of their client in securing more than double the amount indicated by the insurance company.
