¿USCIS te negó la residencia y ahora te toca presentarte ante un juez de inmigración? 🛑 Estar en proceso de deportación es serio, pero no es lo mismo que tener una orden de deportación. En muchos casos se puede volver a presentar la solicitud ante el juez y demostrar por qué calificas, pero hay que revisar por qué te negaron, qué pruebas hacen falta y si el juez tiene autoridad para decidir tu solicitud.
